We're looking for a proven Lettings Manager who knows how to run a team and drive a portfolio forward. This isn't a step-up role for a corporate valuer - we need someone who already has at least five years' experience at management level in lettings, with the scars and the stories to prove it. You'll take full ownership of a five-strong team, keeping the day-to-day moving smoothly while pushing for growth.
 
Although this is very much about leadership, you'll still roll your sleeves up when it comes to valuations. The ability to win instructions, build trust with landlords, and spot opportunities is just as important as motivating your negotiators and ensuring compliance is second nature across the branch.
 
The package reflects the seniority of the role, with a basic salary around £30,000 and tiered commission linked to valuations and portfolio growth, giving you every reason to make the most of the opportunity.
