SENIOR FLOATING BRANCH MANAGER - NORTH KENT AREA
The Package
�� Basic Salary: £31,000 (plus additional guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months)
�� Realistic Earnings (including commission): £50,000 - £60,000
⏰ Work Pattern: 5 days per week (includes Saturdays, 2 on, 1 off)
�� Benefits: Holiday commission, 33 days paid holiday, birthday off, pension, life insurance, profit share bonus scheme, rewards/incentives, structured career path, employee assistance and paid charity event entry fees
As a Senior Floating Branch Manager, you'll cover holidays, vacancies and sickness in the North Kent Area. You'll take full responsibility for providing exceptional service to customers, motivating the team and boosting business performance.
