Our client is a well-established and customer service focused Mortgage provider. They are looking for an ambitious Self-Employed Mortgage and Protection adviser to join their team.
**What is on offer**
- Hybrid -Nottingham Office (2-3 days working from home)
- 40+ LEADS each month booked into your diary
- Realistic OTE of £75,000+ in your first year
- Up to 76% commission split
- 100% commission retention on legal referral business
- Pre qualified leads that are vetted& source provided by a market leading estate agency
- Provide mortgage advice to clients looking to purchase and/or re-mortgage properties
- Build & maintain a strong relationship with customers, adhering to the excellent customer service expectations.
- Motivated to attract new clients and business
- Stay up to date with the Mortgage market and latest trends
- Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards at all times
**Skills and experience for this role**
- Be in the Nottingham office 2-3 days a week
- CEMAP qualified
- MINIMUM of 2+ years experience as a Mortgage Advisor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Be driven& ambitious
