Secure Sale Consultant

Location: Hybrid Role, with a mixture of Working from Home and Our Partner Agents Offices.

Salary and Package: £27,500 Basic Salary + Un-Capped Commission

Our client is a forward-thinking Secure Sale and Property Auction Partner transforming how estate agents, sellers, and buyers engage with the auction process.
They partner with leading estate agencies to oƯer greater choice in the way homes are sold in the UK.
They are  looking for a Secure Sale Consultant to join their growing team - someone passionate about estate agency, confident in communication, and driven to deliver exceptional results for their agents and their clients.

The Role
As a Secure Sale Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping sellers and buyers experience the benefits of the Modern Method of Auction and Secure Sales.
You'll work closely with partner estate agents, building trust and credibility, converting customer referrals into instructions, and guiding both sellers and buyers through a smooth, transparent, and efficient sale process.


This is a fast-paced, consultative role where you'll use your estate agency expertise, negotiation skills, and customer care to secure successful outcomes.

You'll be confident, enthusiastic, and results-driven, with a passion for helping customers move forward in the most secure and efficient way possible.

What You Will Do
 Build trust and credibility with our partner estate agents to help generate referrals.
Speak to customers interested in learning about Modern Auction and Secure Sale options converting referrals into signed instructions.
Conduct and discuss desktop valuations for customers considering selling via their methods.
Act as the main point of contact for sellers from start to finish - reviewing marketing, gathering feedback, and negotiating offers.
Guide buyers through the process of bidding and securing properties with a financial commitment.
What You Will Need
Experience within estate agency.
Belief in Modern Methods of Sale (Auctions and Conditional Sales).
A growth mindset - always looking to learn, adapt, and improve.
Excellent communication skills to confidently discuss modern sale options.
Strong negotiation techniques to achieve the best results for your sellers.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail to work effectively with both agents and customers.
