Lettings Administrator - Bournemouth
Salary: £28,000-£31,000 (DOE)
Location: Bournemouth
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday, every other Saturday required

Join a successful property team in Bournemouth as a Lettings Administrator. You'll play a vital role in supporting the lettings department, ensuring all admin tasks are completed efficiently and clients receive excellent service. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all administrative duties related to lettings
  • Prepare tenancy agreements, references, and compliance documents
  • Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and property inspections
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with lettings legislation
  • Support the lettings team with diary management and general office tasks
  • Work every other Saturday as part of the team rota
Requirements
  • Previous experience in property administration or a similar role
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Confident IT skills (experience with property software desirable)
  • Positive, proactive attitude and team player
