Key Responsibilities:
- Guide Clients: Support buyers and sellers through the residential sales process with professional, informative customer service
- Negotiate & Close: Manage property transactions, achieving and exceeding performance targets
- Leverage Technology: Use digital tools and CRM systems to manage listings and client communications
- Drive Results: Work collaboratively within a motivated and friendly office environment to achieve personal and team goals
- Represent the Business: Act as a professional ambassador at all times
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a target-driven environment with a proven track record
- Education: GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or equivalent minimum)
- Tech Confident: Comfortable using CRM systems and modern digital platforms
- Strong Communicator: Excellent phone manner with a genuine passion for customer service
- Driving Licence: Full UK licence and access to your own vehicle for business use
- OTE Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
- Holiday: 28 days including bank holidays (increasing with length of service)
