We are now looking for an ambitious Valuer (Local Property Partner) to join our expanding team. If you love winning business, meeting customers, and making a real impact in your local market, this could be the perfect next step.
About the Role As a Local Property Partner, you'll be the local expert and trusted face of the business. Your role will focus on providing accurate valuations, securing new instructions, and guiding sellers through a smooth, successful journey.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed, well-informed property valuations
• Win new instructions by showcasing our industry-leading proposition
• Build strong, lasting relationships with sellers
• Advise on the best marketing strategies to maximise interest
• Work collaboratively with our sales and lettings teams to support a seamless customer experience

What We're Looking For We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience as a Valuer, Lister, or Senior Sales Negotiator ready to step up
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong local market knowledge—or the enthusiasm to build it quickly
• A positive, self-motivated attitude and a strong desire to succeed
• A full UK driving licence and your own car
