What You’ll Do

• Carry out accurate property valuations
• Win new instructions and grow market share
• Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers & the local community
• Generate new business opportunities through canvassing, networking & referrals
• Deliver outstanding service at every stage

What We’re Looking For
  
✔ Proven experience as a Valuer, Lister, or Senior Negotiator
✔ Knowledge of the Guildford property market (or nearby areas)
✔ Confident, motivated, and target-driven
✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✔ Full UK driving licence
