Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional and accurate property valuations and market appraisals.
• Proactively generate new business and nurture strong relationships with vendors.
• Convert valuation opportunities into successful instructions.
• Deliver a premium client experience throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate closely with the wider sales team to achieve and exceed branch goals.
• Maintain an expert understanding of the local property market.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Valuer / Lister / Senior Sales Negotiator within estate agency.
• Strong listing and closing skills, with a record of consistent results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven individual.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
