Title: Sales Support Administrator - Leading Independent Estate Agency

Location: Chandlers Ford 

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

About the Opportunity
I'm working with a highly regarded independent estate agency in the local area. They have an excellent reputation, a stable team and a very organised, professional operation. Due to continued success, they're looking for a Sales Support Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and customer support to the sales team.
This is ideal for someone with strong property or office admin experience who enjoys being the organised "backbone" of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing sales documentation, letters and sales memorandums
  • Progressing sales: liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and other parties
  • Updating the CRM/estate agency software with accurate information
  • Managing email inboxes, phone calls and general office queries
  • Supporting the Sales Negotiators and management with day-to-day admin
  • Ensuring compliance and paperwork are completed correctly and on time
What they're looking for
  • Experience in estate agency administration, sales progression, or similar property role
    (Strong general office admin with good property knowledge could also work - tweak as needed)
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confident, professional communication - written and verbal
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working to deadlines
  • A team player who enjoys supporting others and keeping things running smoothly
