Title: Sales Negotiator - Leading Independent Estate Agency (Training can be given)

Location: Chandlers Ford area

OTE: £30,000 - £40,000 (basic + commission)

About the Opportunity
I'm working with a highly respected independent estate agency in the local area. They have an excellent reputation, strong market share, and a very stable team. Due to continued success, they're looking to add a Sales Negotiator to the team - either someone with experience, or a trainee with the right attitude and potential.

What you'll be doing

Registering buyers and matching them to suitable properties
Conducting viewings and following up promptly
Handling offers and negotiating between buyers and sellers
Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Supporting the team with general office and admin duties

What they're looking for
You do not need years of experience - attitude and potential are key. You'll ideally have:

Some experience in estate agency or a strong interest in property
Confident, professional communication skills (phone and face-to-face)
A proactive, sales-focused mindset - comfortable following up and closing
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Full UK driving licence and own car (if required, adjust as needed)
