The Role
 
We are seeking a confident, personable, and driven Sales/ Senior Negotiator to join our successful residential sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for property, excellent communication skills, and the ambition to thrive within a respected, locally-focused agency.
Key Responsibilities

• Registering and qualifying new buyers
• Conducting property viewings in a professional, knowledgeable manner
• Managing and nurturing client relationships
• Negotiating offers and seeing sales through to completion
• Supporting property marketing efforts, including write-ups, photography coordination, and online listing management
• Maintaining accurate records using internal systems
• Assisting with valuations and property take-ons as needed

Skills & Experience

• Previous estate agency experience is preferred (but not essential for the right candidate)
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong local area knowledge or willingness to learn quickly
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
• Confident IT and CRM system user
