My client - a Market Leading Estate Agent in Hull, requires a Sales Branch Manager to help drive market share, maximise revenue and grow the property register.

The office has a fantastic turnover and is a superb opportunity for an existing Sales Manager, Senior Valuer or Senior Negotiator wanting a volume office to further their career.

The ideal candidate will have a history of delivering exceptional service and leading a team to success.  This position provides a fantastic career path for the selected candidate.

Responsibilities for the Sales Manager will include:

• Create the largest active market share in the area  
• Develop exceptional business relationships with clients and internal departments 
• Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets
• Manage performance of the staff conducting through 1:1's, performance reviews and morning meetings 
• Be the influencer of positive results and lead your team with effective planning and actions 

Skills & Experience for the Sales Manager role:

Experience in Estate Agency - ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE.

• Previous experience of leadership roles within Estate Agency
• Lead from Example
• Possess high standards of service and presentation 
• Be motivational and positive to support the team
