Sales Progressor - Estate Agency
Location: Bodmin / Fowey Area of Cornwall


We are recruiting for an experienced and organised Sales Progressor to join a successful estate agency team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing sales pipelines, maintaining strong communication, and ensuring a smooth journey for the client from offer to completion.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire sales progression process from offer to completion
• Liaise effectively with buyers, sellers, solicitors, lenders, and surveyors
• Provide consistent updates to all parties throughout the transaction
• Identify potential issues early and resolve them proactively
• Maintain accurate documentation and keep the sales pipeline on track
• Ensure timely exchange and completion of contracts

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in sales progression or property sales administration
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Confident working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
