About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Sales Valuer to join a leading property agency in Andover. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven property professional to take the next step in their career, offering a highly competitive basic salary and an OTE of up to £60,000.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct property valuations and market appraisals across Andover and surrounding areas
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
Provide expert advice on property values, market trends, and sales strategies
Generate new business through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals
Deliver high-quality customer service throughout the sales process
Negotiate offers and manage the sales process from valuation to completion
Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant legislation and best practices

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Valuer, Senior Negotiator, or similar role within residential estate agency
Strong local market knowledge of Winchester and Hampshire
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
ARLA or NAEA qualifications are advantageous but not essential
