Senior Sales Negotiator – Larkfield, Kent
Basic Salary: £24,000 per annum + Car Allowance
On Target Earnings: £50,000+ (Uncapped Commission)

About the Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales

Negotiator to join a thriving Larkfield, Kent office. In this role, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle, delivering exceptional results for our clients and driving revenue growth for the business.
You will work closely with senior colleagues and management, leveraging your negotiation skills, market knowledge, and client relationship expertise to secure successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of buyers and vendors, understanding their property needs and objectives
• Conduct property valuations and strategic viewings
• Source, market, and position properties to achieve maximum exposure and sale potential
• Lead negotiations with confidence, ensuring favourable outcomes for clients
• Provide a high level of client care throughout the sales process
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

About You We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has proven success in estate agency or property sales
• Is confident, commercially minded, and results-driven
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Can manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service
• Holds a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Is ambitious, looking to progress their career within a dynamic agency
