We're looking for a driven and confident Sales Negotiator to join our high-performing team in Balham. This is a rare opportunity to work in one of the area’s busiest and most successful offices, with uncapped earning potential and fast-track progression to management for top performers.
 
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
• Booking and conducting viewings across Balham and surrounding areas
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and buyers
• Negotiating offers and seeing sales through to completion
• Working closely with the Branch Manager to exceed targets
• Delivering first-class customer service and representing our brand with professionalism

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in residential property sales
• A confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic
• Well-presented, professional, and personable
• Knowledge of the Southwest London property market is a plus
• Full UK driving licence
