The Role
In this dynamic, dual-focused position, you will be responsible for:

• Managing buyer and seller enquiries with confidence and professionalism
• Conducting viewings and negotiating offers to secure the best outcomes
• Progressing agreed sales through to completion, ensuring a smooth customer journey
• Building strong relationships with clients, solicitors and colleagues
• Working towards individual and branch targets within a supportive team

About You
We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience within estate agency or property sales progression
• Demonstrates excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Is organised, proactive and able to work well under pressure
• Delivers outstanding customer service
• Holds a full UK driving licence
