An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced lettings professional to take the lead in managing and growing a high-performing residential lettings business in Buckinghamshire. Working closely with the wider leadership team, this role is all about shaping strategy, driving profitability, and ensuring the continued success of a well-established operation.
 
You'll be hands-on in leading the team day-to-day, introducing new initiatives to boost performance and ensure results align with expectations. You'll monitor key metrics, provide regular updates to senior leadership, and take responsibility for developing and motivating your people. Visibility with clients is key, you'll be the face of the business locally, strengthening relationships and exploring opportunities to win new instructions and grow market share
.
You'll collaborate closely with other senior figures across the wider business to ensure opportunities are maximised across both residential and commercial sectors. Building a strong culture of teamwork, trust, and accountability will be central to your success, alongside ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and compliance at every stage of the lettings process.
 
To succeed, you'll need solid experience heading up a lettings team and a proven track record as a fee earner. You'll be commercially minded, comfortable working strategically, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders. Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills are essential, as is a good understanding of the full lettings cycle from instruction to completion. A full driving licence is required.
