Sales Negotiator Location: Tankerton
Salary: Basic up to £27,000 (Guaranteed for Year One) | OTE £45,000–£50,000
Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week

- Conduct engaging property viewings and deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with buyers and sellers throughout the transaction
- Generate new business leads through referrals, networking, and proactive prospecting
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure targets are met and clients receive the best possible outcome
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a sales or target-driven environment
- Strong people skills – confident, approachable, and enthusiastic
- A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel to appointments
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- A resilient, motivated, and adaptable approach to challenges
