As a Property Sales Negotiator, you'll be at the heart of the property sales process. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Generating and booking valuations.
- Conducting property viewings.
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties.
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Working towards and exceeding sales targets.
- Keeping up-to-date with local market trends and property values.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in property sales is a must!!!
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A professional and proactive approach with a strong work ethic.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Good local knowledge of Braintree and the surrounding areas is a distinct advantage.
