Job Title: Residential Surveyor – Remote (Southwest & Southeast London)
Location: Remote (covering Southwest & Southeast London)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits

As part of our continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Qualified Residential Surveyor to join our valuations and surveying team. This is a remote role with a focus on properties across Southwest and Southeast London.
 
The Role:
As a Residential Surveyor, you will carry out a variety of professional surveys and valuations for both lender and private clients, including Level 2 (HomeBuyer Reports) and Level 3 (Building Surveys). You’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction while managing your own diary and workload.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct RICS Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys
  • Perform valuations for lending institutions and private clients
  • Produce clear, accurate, and timely reports
  • Maintain high standards of professional practice in line with RICS guidelines
  • Build strong relationships with clients, agents, and lenders
  • Manage your schedule and appointments efficiently with minimal supervision
Requirements:
  • Qualified Residential Surveyor (FRICS, MRICS, or AssocRICS)
  • Registered Valuer status (RICS)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of post-qualification experience preferred
  • Sound knowledge of the London residential property market
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and independently
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
