As a Residential Surveyor, you will carry out a variety of professional surveys and valuations for both lender and private clients, including Level 2 (HomeBuyer Reports) and Level 3 (Building Surveys). You’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction while managing your own diary and workload.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct RICS Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys
- Perform valuations for lending institutions and private clients
- Produce clear, accurate, and timely reports
- Maintain high standards of professional practice in line with RICS guidelines
- Build strong relationships with clients, agents, and lenders
- Manage your schedule and appointments efficiently with minimal supervision
- Qualified Residential Surveyor (FRICS, MRICS, or AssocRICS)
- Registered Valuer status (RICS)
- Minimum 1–2 years of post-qualification experience preferred
- Sound knowledge of the London residential property market
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and independently
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Competitive basic salary of £50,000 – £60,000
