The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional with 1 to 3 years' experience to take the next step in their career. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, providing a high level of service to both landlords and tenants, and ensuring full compliance with industry regulations.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Managing a residential property portfolio
• Coordinating maintenance works and liaising with contractors
• Ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations (e.g. gas safety, EICRs)
• Handling tenancy renewals, rent arrears, and deposit disputes
• Conducting regular property inspections and reporting findings
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Maintaining accurate records using property management software

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years' experience in residential property management
• Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• ARLA qualification is an advantage but not essential (training can be provided)
