About You:

• Proven estate agency experience with a strong sales background
• Motivational leader with team management experience
• Confident, professional, and results-focused
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and planning skills
• Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use (ESSENTIAL Application will not be considered without)
• Legally entitled to work in the UK
