Basic Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
On Target Earnings: £80,000+
 
We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious Sales Manager to join one of London's leading estate agencies. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of a successful office in Battersea, managing a motivated team and playing a key role in growing market share.

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a sales team, generating new business, and ensuring clients receive the highest level of service. You will have the support of a market-leading brand with a strong reputation across London while enjoying the autonomy to make a significant impact locally.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of negotiators to achieve outstanding results
• Drive new instructions and grow the office's presence in the Battersea market
• Conduct valuations, negotiate offers, and oversee transactions through to completion
• Consistently deliver against branch sales targets and KPIs
• Uphold the company's reputation as a trusted market leader across London

About You

• Proven success as a Senior Sales Negotiator, Assistant Manager, or Sales Manager within residential property sales
• Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to drive team performance
• Target-driven, ambitious, and commercially astute
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Sound knowledge of the London property market, with Battersea experience advantageous
