Responsibilities for this Sales Manger role will include:

• Managing the sales process and progression giving the best customer service
• Valuing properties and bringing to the market effectively
• Identifying and converting new leads
• Matching buyers to properties effectively
• Working with solicitors, mortgage brokers and other agents to provide best all round service to customers

Skills & Experience for this Sales Manger role:

• Excellent valuation skills
• Ability to turn listings into sales 
• Happy to work in a fast moving environment
• Ambitions, positive and target driven
• Full UK driving licence is required
