Sales Branch Manager  (Estate Agency) - Stoneleigh (Epsom) Surrey -
Basic £25,000+ OTE £70,000
 
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Branch Manager to lead a team and punch though the £1m mark in 2024.

You will be working with the leading local sales agency with impeccable local reputation for both customer service and performance delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the branch and ensure efficient and effective functioning
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support
- Monitor sales activities, track performance, and provide regular reports to upper management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
 
Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales or branch management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using  CRM software
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Valid driver's license and own car
