Full-time, Permanent | Midhurst Office
Up to £28k

Our client is a well-established property specialist serving West Sussex and the surrounding areas. With over 16 years of experience, they combine innovative marketing with exceptional service. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a proactive, organised and personable Administrator to join their Midhurst office and support the next stage of expansion.
The Role
This is a pivotal position supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You will provide comprehensive administrative and property management support, act as a professional first point of contact for clients, and help maintain excellent service standards while contributing to the branch's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm (Wednesday from 8:30am, Friday until 5:30pm)
Saturday: 9am-2pm (rota basis, 1 in 3)

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the branch and property management team
- Managing reception, phone calls and client enquiries
- Producing tenancy and sales documentation and processing references, ID checks and deposits
- Ensuring compliance, documentation and funds are in place ahead of tenancy start dates
- Raising works orders, processing invoices and maintaining accurate records
- Diary management, meeting coordination and general office organisation
- Supporting marketing, events and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborating with other branches and covering local offices when required
- Participating in team projects, training and company meetings
- Friendly, confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Previous administrative experience (estate agency preferred)
- Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Professional, discreet and reliable when handling confidential information
- Proactive problem-solver with a flexible, can-do attitude
