SALES & MARKETING ASSISTANT
Marylebone, W1
Salary £35,000
 
Fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and confident SALES & MARKETING ASSISTANT wishing to forge a career with one of London’s leading specialist companies.
 
Our client, based in Marylebone, London, is looking for a skilled SALES ADMINISTRATOR to carry out a SALES AND MARKETING role, working closely with the Managing Director and playing a pivotal role in the sales progression process.  The perfect candidate will assist to ensure a smooth and efficient journey from start to completion of transactions alongside the Managing Director. From managing client information using the CRM system to organising property photography/floorplans and preparing key documents, your contribution will be vital.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Progression - assist in managing the sales progression process, liaising with all parties.
  • Listing Management - coordinate property listings on various online platforms
  • Client Communication – assist the Managing director in promptly responding to property enquiries
  • Sales Documentation - prepare and review sales-related documentation
  • Database Management and Record Keeping - maintain and update the company’s CRM system
  • Marketing Support - assist in coordinating marketing activities
  • Viewing Coordination: assist in the scheduling of property viewings
  • General Administrative Support - provide overall administrative support to the Managing Director
 
Key Skills and Attributes:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator/Sales Progressor/Sales Coordinator or in a similar role within the property sector, preferably within development and investment and/or land sales
  • Strong understanding of the UK property sales process, including knowledge of AML compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage expectations
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
  • Experience with property CRM systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel
 
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a property development, investment or estate agency environment
  • Knowledge of the property sales process and AML compliance
  • A relevant professional qualification in real estate or property management is desirable.
