Job description
Job Title: Sales and Lettings Administrator
Location: Brookmans Park, Hertfordshire
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Holiday: 21 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
Software: Reapit (experience preferred)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Lettings Administrator to provide vital administrative support to a busy and successful sales and lettings team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced environment, ideally with experience in a similar role within the property industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the sales and lettings teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
· Prepare and manage property documentation, including sales and lettings agreements, brochures, and listings
· Coordinate property marketing, including online listings, portal uploads, and window displays
· Liaise with clients, vendors, landlords, and applicants in a professional and courteous manner
· Assist with the preparation of sales progression and tenancy paperwork
· Maintain and update internal databases (Reapit) and ensure compliance with company procedures
· Organise property viewings, key handling, and diary management for negotiators
· Ensure compliance with all relevant property legislation including AML, GDPR, and Right to Rent checks
· Provide general front-of-house support including answering phones and greeting clients
Key Requirements:
· Previous experience in a Sales and/or Lettings Administrator role (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
· Strong working knowledge of Reapit software (or similar CRM systems)
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
· High attention to detail and ability to multitask
· Professional presentation and strong customer service ethic
· Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines
· A proactive and positive attitude with a strong team focus
