Mortgage & Protection Advisor – Broxbourne/Cheshunt  
 
Basic Salary up to £34,000 DOE   OTE of £60,000+ (Uncapped commission scheme)

Our client is looking for an ambitious Mortgage Advisor to come on board and join a well-established, market-leading estate agency group in Broxbourne/Cheshunt. You will be working with property experts in the Broxbourne/Cheshunt area who will provide you with quality leads on a daily basis, as well as having plenty of opportunity to generate your own business.

Key responsibilities for this Mortgage and Protection Advisor role 

• Build and maintain a strong relationship with the estate agency team; providing support and training where required 
• Provide expert mortgage advice to clients looking to purchase residential and/or investment properties. 
• Motivated to attract new clients and business yourself 
• Provide exceptional client care and guide them through the application process, ensuring a stress-free experience 
• Stay up to date with the Mortgage market and trends 
• Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, maintain the highest ethical standards at all time 

 
Skills and experience for this Mortgage and Protection Advisor role 

• You must be CeMAP qualified or equivalent 
• Minimum 18 months’ experience, preferably within the Estate Agency Sector 
• Good track record of achieving and exceeding cross sales; ensuring clients are adequately protected 
• Ability to generate new business in a target driven environment 
• Ability to put the customer first at all time
• Full UK licence preferred but not essential
