Lettings Negotiator

Embark on an exciting journey as a Lettings Negotiator at our clients thriving Hampstead branch, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the real estate landscape. As part of our dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional customer service skills, negotiation prowess, and passion for the property market.
  • Competitive basic salary of £25k with the potential to earn up to £45k in commission
  • Flexible work schedule with 1 in 2 Saturdays required

Preferred Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales or customer service, with a keen eye for detail and a natural flair for negotiation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with both landlords and tenants
  • Proficiency in using property management software and a good understanding of the local rental market
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle to facilitate property viewings and market visits
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the real estate or property management industry is highly desirable but not essential
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills to effectively manage property portfolios and rental agreements
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
