Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties in Earlsfield and surrounding areas
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance works and liaise with contractors
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with legislation
- Handle tenancy renewals, deposit disputes, and end-of-tenancy processes
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues proactively
- Work closely with lettings and accounts teams to ensure seamless management
- 1–3 years of experience in residential property management
- Strong knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential (we will support training)
- Competitive salary of £35,000 – £38,000 depending on experience
