Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties across Ipswich and the surrounding area
- Handling maintenance issues promptly and effectively
- Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring compliance with current legislation
- Managing tenancy renewals, deposits, check-ins, and check-outs
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Mentoring and supporting junior members of the property management team
- Assisting with process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Proven experience as a Property Manager, ideally within the Ipswich area or with strong knowledge of the local market
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Thorough understanding of current property legislation and compliance
- Proactive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to manage a busy and varied workload confidently and efficiently
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Basic salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience)
