Job Title: Operations and Training Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
Base Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Operations Manager - Training to drive seamless onboarding of our talent, both in the UK and remotely. This role involves building upon the existing approach to training with best practice and experimental approaches.
The successful candidate would have a keen focus on both operational excellence and human-centered employee learning. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be an analytic problem solver.

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing system and process training
- Using the existing framework, build and develop a playbook which enables the company to rapidly and effectively onboard new staff onto our proprietary systems and processes.
- Continuously improve the approach to training, with the creation of an approach which allows for regular feedback from employees and stakeholders on the shortcomings of
training. - Alignment with Product Development
- Maintain an exceptionally strong connection with the development of the product,
providing feedback on areas of the product which are challenging to grasp or could be
altered in order to make onboarding more efficient.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years in training roles, potentially with an operations background
- Skills: Exceptionally organized, analytically minded, and detail-oriented; must be “structured as hell.”
- Cultural Fit: An appreciation of British culture, with an ability to work with traditional
teams and achieve results quickly. Understanding of what startup working attitude
means. Hands-on approach to building a high performing efficient training capability
effectively from scratch.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in operational businesses and client-facing roles, with a demonstrated ability
to multitask and manage numerous moving parts. - Experience in translating technical jargon into deep training plans, with an understanding
of how to provide information in a way that is easily digestible. - Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a “get things done” attitude and excellent
attention to detail
- Someone who works effectively in a fast paced environment. Someone who is dedicated, curious to build new things and enjoys it.
