Sales Negotiator – Upminster – £25,000–£30,000 OTE

- Registering and qualifying buyers
- Conducting viewings and providing detailed feedback
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales to completion
- Building strong relationships with clients and delivering outstanding customer service
- Working towards personal and branch targets
- Minimum 12 months of experience as a Sales Negotiator in estate agency
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a proactive attitude
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Basic salary plus competitive commission structure (£30,000–£35,000 OTE)
