Job Title: Virtual Property Valuer - Remote
Location: Fully Remote (UK-based applicants only)
Salary: Basic £25,000 + OTE £45,000 (Uncapped Commission)

We're hiring a high-converting property valuer to join a fast-paced virtual sales team. You'll conduct remote valuations via video call and convert leads into instructions — no floorplans, no compliance processing, no admin distractions.
This role is built for someone who thrives on sales performance and wants to focus purely on results. You'll manage your own diary, deliver expert property advice, and guide vendors through a slick virtual valuation process.

- Conduct virtual valuations with pre-booked leads via video
- Present market data and convert vendors into instructions
- Focus purely on selling - no admin, photography, or compliance workload
- Manage your pipeline, follow up, and close instructions fast
- Work from home, with all tools and tech provided
- Proven estate agency experience in sales or valuations
- Excellent closing ability and confident pitch delivery
- Strong property market knowledge across UK regions
- Tech-savvy and comfortable leading video appointments
- Self-motivated with a performance-first mindset
- 100% remote - no commuting, no office politics
- All leads provided, professionally prepped and booked
- High-performing environment with uncapped commission
- Basic salary + realistic £45k OTE in year one
