Local Propery Partner - Remote Virtual Valuer
Salary: £25,000 base with £45,000 OTE + Benefits
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Valuer to join a forward-thinking estate agency that's changing how people buy and sell homes. You'll have the freedom to fully work from home with valuations booked into your diary conducting teams valuations and focus on what you do best, winning instructions and delivering an exceptional service, while professional photographers, floorplan providers and other specialists handle the marketing assets for you.
Your role will see you conducting valuations all across the UK from the comfort of your home to convert valuations into instructions utilising the tools provided. You'll have the backing of full marketing, admin and compliance support, giving you more time to concentrate on seeing more clients and winning more business. It's an opportunity to blend independence with security, faster turnaround with speed to market meaning you get paid quicker while enjoying the flexibility of a modern, remote setup.
To succeed, you'll need proven experience as a Valuer, Lister or perhaps as a Senior Negotiator with ideally 2 years property industry experience ready to step up. A customer-first approach, strong communication skills and the ability to objection handle and close for business are essential. You'll be highly self-motivated, commercially aware, and comfortable operating with autonomy and a passion for winning instructions leading to uncapped earning potential.
