Job description
Regional Managing Surveyor - South
Looking for a senior role where you can still keep your surveying skills sharp while leading a high-performing team?
My client is expanding fast and needs a hands-on Regional Managing Surveyor to guide, develop, and inspire a team of residential surveyors across the South.
They're a well-established national group with a growing footprint in residential surveying, known for quality, consistency, and genuinely outstanding customer service. With thousands of surveys completed each year, they've built a reputation for doing things properly, and they're looking for someone who shares that ethos.
You'll combine leadership with technical expertise, mentoring new starters, supporting experienced colleagues, hosting CPD sessions, and making sure every surveyor feels part of something bigger. You'll also liaise closely with Operations, Bookings, and Audit teams to maintain high standards across the region.
This role suits a confident, people-focused Chartered Surveyor (RICS member, MRICS, FRICS, or Associate) who thrives on helping others reach their potential. VRS registration would be ideal, and prior team management or mentoring experience will set you apart.
In return, you'll join a forward-thinking surveying business where your ideas matter, your leadership is valued, and your career genuinely moves forward. Basic salary up to £75,000 plus PRP.
