We're offering a rare opportunity for a driven Estate Agent Senior Valuer to join one of the town's most established and trusted independent agencies.

This role is ideal for an experienced Valuer - or a Senior Negotiator eager to step up - who wants to build a reputation as the go-to voice in valuations across both Sales and Lettings.
 
What You'll Be Doing
 
As our main Valuer, you'll be at the forefront of the business: winning instructions, securing listings, and shaping client relationships. With your track record and ambition, you'll have the platform to make a real impact on the local housing market.
 
What You'll Bring

• 1 - 2 years' experience in estate agency (Sales or Lettings)

• A proven ability to value and list homes - or the hunger to step up and prove yourself

• Local knowledge of Halstead and surrounding villages (an advantage)

• Confidence, resilience, and the drive to excel

What's on Offer

• Basic salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (DOE)

• On-target earnings: £50,000 - £55,000 (realistic)

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

• Saturdays: Alternate weeks, half day (9:00am-1:00pm)
