On Target Earnings (OTE): £35,000 -£40,000

About the Role:
We're looking for a driven and knowledgeable Valuer to join our leading team on the Isle of Wight. You'll play a key role in winning new instructions, building client relationships, and helping our branch maintain its market-leading position.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate and professional property valuations for potential sellers.
• Win new instructions through outstanding customer service and persuasive presentations.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, providing expert guidance from valuation through to sale.
• Stay up to date with local property trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
• Support marketing initiatives to attract new listings and promote the agency's brand.
• Work closely with negotiators and branch management to convert valuations into instructions.
• Ensure all compliance and legal requirements are met during the valuation and listing process.
• Represent the agency at local events and networking opportunities to build presence.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Valuer, Senior Negotiator, or similar role in residential estate agency.
• In-depth knowledge of the Isle of Wight property market (or ability to quickly get up to speed).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused, personable, and able to build rapport quickly.
• Target-driven with a strong track record of winning instructions.
• Organised, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Full UK driving licence.
