This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected client base, enjoy flexible hours, and be rewarded for performance.

The Role
  • Support the Senior Negotiator in identifying, assessing, and securing residential investment opportunities.
  • Liaise with vendors, agents, and clients to progress acquisitions smoothly.
  • Prepare accurate reports, maintain records, and manage client updates.
  • Work independently and stay on top of KPIs and reporting via Excel.
What We're Looking For

  • Track record of success - target-driven, proactive, and resilient under pressure.
  • Excellent communicator - articulate, confident, and professional in all interactions.
  • Highly organised with sharp attention to detail and a disciplined work ethic.
  • Tech savvy - proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own car.
What's on Offer
  • Part-time, permanent position (approx. 15-20 hours per week, flexible schedule).
  • Base salary: £15,000 + commission (OTE £17,500-£25,000 per year).
  • Bonus scheme rewarding strong performance.
  • Monday-Friday, based in Kettering (NN16 0BU).
If you've got the property experience, the drive, and the attention to detail to deliver for high-value clients — this is your chance to shine.
