Property Negotiator - Investment Property Specialist (Part-Time, Kettering)

The Role
- Support the Senior Negotiator in identifying, assessing, and securing residential investment opportunities.
- Liaise with vendors, agents, and clients to progress acquisitions smoothly.
- Prepare accurate reports, maintain records, and manage client updates.
- Work independently and stay on top of KPIs and reporting via Excel.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in property sales, lettings, or management/admin.
- Track record of success - target-driven, proactive, and resilient under pressure.
- Excellent communicator - articulate, confident, and professional in all interactions.
- Highly organised with sharp attention to detail and a disciplined work ethic.
- Tech savvy - proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own car.
- Part-time, permanent position (approx. 15-20 hours per week, flexible schedule).
- Base salary: £15,000 + commission (OTE £17,500-£25,000 per year).
- Bonus scheme rewarding strong performance.
- Monday-Friday, based in Kettering (NN16 0BU).
