Lettings Administrator - Boutique Estate Agency | Wimbledon, London
Location: Wimbledon, London
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Type: Full-time, Permanent

About Us
We're a brilliant, family-run boutique estate agency based in the heart of Wimbledon, known for our personal service, local expertise, and strong community values. We've recently moved into a brand new, state-of-the-art office, creating a modern, welcoming environment that reflects our forward-thinking approach and long-standing reputation for excellence.
We're now looking for a meticulous, proactive, and personable Lettings Administrator to join our friendly team and help us continue to deliver an exceptional experience for landlords and tenants across South West London.

The Role
As our Lettings Administrator, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our lettings department — managing all administrative and compliance processes with precision and care. You'll work closely with the Lettings Manager, negotiators, landlords, and tenants to ensure every tenancy runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing tenancy agreements, renewals, and compliance documentation
  • Managing references, right-to-rent checks, and deposit registrations
  • Coordinating move-ins, move-outs, and key handovers
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure clear communication
  • Maintaining property files, CRM systems, and compliance records
  • Supporting the lettings team with marketing and general administrative tasks
  • Upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service
About You
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a lettings or property administration role
  • Strong understanding of lettings compliance and tenancy documentation
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a calm, professional manner
  • Tech-savvy, ideally familiar with property software (e.g. Reapit, Vebra, or similar)
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude and genuine passion for property
  • Enjoys working as part of a small, supportive, family-run team
What's on Offer
  • £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Supportive and welcoming family-run boutique agency environment
  • Brand new, state-of-the-art office in the heart of Wimbledon
  • Monday to Friday role (no weekends)
  • Genuine opportunities for career growth and development
  • A chance to make a real impact in a close-knit, high-performing team
