About the Company

We are looking for an experienced Lettings Director to lead the lettings department, drive growth, and uphold the company's outstanding standards of client care.

The Role
The successful candidate will oversee the lettings division, managing both people and performance while developing new business and ensuring smooth operations across all aspects of lettings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the lettings team and day-to-day operations
• Drive new business growth and maximise revenue opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation and company policies
• Lead, train, and motivate a small, high-performing team
• Contribute to overall business strategy and report directly to the Directors

About You

• Minimum 5 years' lettings experience with proven management success
• In-depth knowledge of the South West London lettings market, ideally Wimbledon and surrounding areas
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and commercially astute, with a hands-on approach
• ARLA qualification preferred (not essential)
• Full UK driving licence required
