Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Acting as the main contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance issues from report to resolution
- Liaising with contractors and overseeing works
- Conducting property visits and inspections
- Managing end-of-tenancy processes and deposit negotiations
- Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
- Maintaining accurate records and CRM notes
- Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
- Working closely with the lettings team to ensure smooth tenancies
- Previous experience as a Property Manager or within residential lettings
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A calm, professional approach to resolving issues
- Good understanding of lettings legislation and compliance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confident with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence
