A highly respected, market-leading independent estate agency in Woking is looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join their busy and professional lettings team.


This is an excellent opportunity for a well-organised, customer-focused Property Manager to join a company known for its strong processes, supportive culture, and outstanding reputation for service.


The Role You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential rental properties, acting as the key point of contact for both landlords and tenants, and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard throughout the tenancy.


This is a fast-paced, varied role suited to someone who enjoys organisation, communication, and problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties
  • Acting as the main contact for landlords and tenants
  • Coordinating maintenance issues from report to resolution
  • Liaising with contractors and overseeing works
  • Conducting property visits and inspections
  • Managing end-of-tenancy processes and deposit negotiations
  • Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
  • Maintaining accurate records and CRM notes
  • Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
  • Working closely with the lettings team to ensure smooth tenancies
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Property Manager or within residential lettings
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A calm, professional approach to resolving issues
  • Good understanding of lettings legislation and compliance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confident with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving licence
