Property Manager / Negotiator  - Whiststable - £28,000 PA

Do you have experience working as a property manager?
Or are you looking to make a move from residential lettings?
Do you have experience in forming and developing great relationships with customers and colleagues?
 
Our client is  looking for an individual that can collaborate with others, share their knowledge and skills and work well in a team to provide outstanding customer service to its clients. 
 
Responsibilities of a property manager include:
  • Management of a portfolio of properties 
  • Work with the branch to prepare properties for a new tenancies
  • Supervise tenants maintenance requests
  • Ensure properties meet their regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Oversee refurbishment and other larger works
  • Negotiate the swift return of deposits
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communication
  • Build trusted relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants and contractor
Person Specification
  • Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year in the Property Management role
  • Must have excellent communication skills for all 3rdparty stakeholders
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation around role
  • Must hold a full Uk License
