Our client, a well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Lee SE12, is looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their friendly and professional team.
The Role
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a varied residential portfolio, ensuring landlords and tenants receive a first-class experience.
This is a busy, hands-on role — perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, staying organised, and taking ownership of their work.
Key duties include:
- Managing maintenance issues and liaising with contractors
- Conducting regular property inspections and organising necessary works
- Handling renewals, deposit returns, and tenancy check-ins/check-outs
- Ensuring full compliance with current legislation
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing email and phone enquiries promptly and professionally
We're looking for someone who's:
- Experienced in Property Management (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Confident, organised, and excellent at multitasking
- A clear communicator with great people skills
- Knowledgeable about lettings legislation and compliance
- A team player who also thrives working independently
- A car owner with a full UK driving licence
- Competitive basic salary up to £35,000
- Monday-Friday / 9-6 (no weekends!)
