Our client, a well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Lee, SE12, is looking for a Property Manager to join their friendly and professional team.
 
 
Property Manager- Lee SE12
£25,000 - £30,000 DOE 
Monday - Friday role 
 
Our clients are an established and forward thinking independent Estate and Letting Agents. They are currently looking for a Property Manager who will assist in looking after a vast property portfolio.
 
Property Manager Duties 
  • Facilitating Maintenance from the initial enquiry through to invoicing.
  • Reviewing and providing recommendations on third party Property Visits.
  • Managing all compliance certification post move in.
  • End of tenancies including serving of all legal notices, attending court hearings, evictions and negotiating the return of the deposit.
  • Resolving generic enquiries.
  • Providing high levels of customer service liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors and colleagues alike.
  • Dealing with all enquiries from Tenants and Landlords to ensure smooth and efficient running of the property portfolio 
 
You will be calm under pressure and excel in customer service.
You will ideally have 1-2 years experience in Property Management or in other Lettings roles where oyu have an insight into the role.
