Lettings Consultant
Ealing, W5
Basic up to £25k + Commission + Car Allowance (£55K OTE)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a proactive and driven Lettings Negotiator to join a fast-growing, professional co-living and residential lettings operator across West London.
This role is ideal for someone with strong people skills, a hands-on attitude and the confidence to manage the full lettings process in a busy, performance-driven environment.
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing enquiries, conducting viewings, securing offers and progressing tenants through to move-in, ensuring rooms are let quickly and professionally across a high-quality portfolio.
What We're Looking For:
£23,000-£25,000 basic
Commission per room let
car allowance
Company phone, laptop and full support

- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Lettings or customer-facing experience advantageous but not essential
