My client, a fantastic, market leading estate agency with an exceptional reputation and culture for it's employees is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee their property portfolio. Located in South Woodford, E18. Salary £35K-£40K (DOE).

Responsibilities for this Property Manager role will include:
- The property manager is looking after 235 properties, a mixture of apartments and houses
- Overseeing all tenancy agreements
- Providing excellent customer service to the landlord clients and tenants
- Dealing with maintenance of the properties
- Previous experience as a Property Manager is essential
